Precise and robust reproduction of a front cross member for the final drive (rear differential), suitable for VW T4 Syncro in panel van and bus versions. The parts are made from 2 mm thick steel sheet, are electrolytically galvanised and additionally cavity-wax treated on the inside. This provides high corrosion protection and a long service life. The geometry was digitally captured from existing reference parts, reconstructed and optimised in design. The integrated nuts are reinforced compared with the series version. The component is made from 4 mm thick steel and is intended for repair and reconditioning work in the area of the rear axle. Reproduction jack point – suitable for VW T4 This jack point is an accurate-fit reproduction and enables safe lifting of the vehicle, e.g. for tyre changes or repair work. The part is made from a single piece of 2 mm thick body sheet steel and is reinforced by design to achieve high stability. The design is based on the original geometry and includes all necessary holes and threads for fastening the catalytic converter bracket. The jack point is suitable for vehicles intended for this design (model years 1990–2003). Corrosion protection The part is provided with a powder-coating primer, providing a solid basic protection against corrosion. For a long-term repair, it is recommended to additionally seal the welded areas after installation with a 2K primer. Cavity protection inside the jack point is also advisable. The cross member above the spare wheel is a reproduction, suitable for VW T4, and is manufactured based on the original repair panel. The material used is automotive steel with a thickness of 1.5 mm, which is slightly above the thickness of the standard component (approx. 1.3 mm). The cross member is located centrally above the spare wheel. Due to its position, this component is permanently exposed to moisture and dirt, which is why it often needs to be repaired or replaced due to corrosion. This rear cross member in front of the spare wheel is a reproduction replacement part, suitable for VW T4. It is located in front of the spare wheel (in the direction of travel) and provides structural support for the spare wheel carrier. The part has been re-engineered and also includes the mount for the spare wheel. Manufactured from 2 mm thick steel sheet, the cross member is designed for use in bodywork and welding repairs. The mounting tabs are made without predefined plug-weld holes, so new weld points can be set individually. This makes it possible to cover existing areas cleanly.
