Developed for vehicles from model year 11/1996 with a long front end, this component combines the classic-sporty styling of the 1990s with modern manufacturing quality and precise fit. The radiator grille integrates harmoniously into the vehicle front end and forms the design basis for further components of our Delta Garage body kit series, which are offered both individually and as a complete set. More clearance for wider tyres: This sliding door wedge enables raising the door by 45 mm and is suitable for VW T4. Raising the sliding door prevents it from hitting the wheel arch on vehicles with wider tyres. This can help avoid damage to the door, interior trim and bodywork, and the sliding door can run smoothly again. Design & construction The sliding door wedge consists of three interlocking elements that are slid together before installation. This design provides high stability and even load distribution. The holes and dimensions are based on the standard mounting points, so no rework is required. More clearance for wider tyres: After more than 10 weeks of development time, field tests and production adjustments, this sliding door wedge with 20 mm door lift is available – suitable for the VW T4. The wedge raises the sliding door sufficiently so that on vehicles with wider tyres it no longer makes contact. This can help avoid damage to the door, interior trim or wheel arch. This design provides high stability and a reproducible fit. The holes are based on the series part, so rework is generally not required.
