More clearance for wider tyres: After more than 10 weeks of development time, field tests and production adjustments, this sliding door wedge with 20 mm door lift is available – suitable for the VW T4.
The wedge raises the sliding door sufficiently so that on vehicles with wider tyres it no longer makes contact. This can help avoid damage to the door, interior trim or wheel arch.

Why this sliding door wedge?
The reproduction consists of three interlocking elements that are slid together before installation. This design provides high stability and a reproducible fit. The holes are based on the series part, so rework is generally not required.

Installation note:
The three elements are slid together before installation and then form a fixed unit. The fastening is carried out at the existing sliding door bracket. Installation is possible with standard tools.

Not included in scope of delivery:
For installation, 3 × M6 standoffs are required. The required length must be determined depending on the vehicle.

Super!
Bis gestern ging meine Schiebetür nur halb auf – aber mit dem Keil ist das Thema jetzt durch. Wichtig: Der zweite Stift an der Schiene muss ca. 5-7 mm gekürzt werden, sonst stehen die Distanzhülsen zu weit raus. Verarbeitung ist echt stark – man sieht kaum, dass es 3D-gedruckt ist. Wenn man’s nicht weiß, fällt’s überhaupt nicht auf. Fühlt sich auch richtig gut an. Von mir gibt’s auf jeden Fall ’ne klare Empfehlung!
