GRP wings – ready for painting & with ABE / ECE, suitable for VW T4 Note: To the best of our current knowledge, these GRP wings are among the few versions available on the market with ABE or ECE approval for vehicles intended for the VW T4. Approval was obtained as part of a months-long development and testing process. With the existing ABE / ECE approval, the wings are approved for use on public roads. According to the information in the approval, no additional registration is required provided installation is carried out in accordance with the conditions. The GRP wings are manufactured in Germany by an experienced manufacturer that has been producing components for road and motorsport applications for many years. Made from high-quality glass-fibre reinforced plastic (GRP), the wings are supplied filled and ready for painting. The surface is prepared for professional final painting in automotive applications. Precise manufacturing ensures high dimensional accuracy and a clean fit. The wings are suitable both for standard operation and for vehicles with modified wheel/tyre combinations. VenturaFlex – Ventilation and power module VenturaFlex is a ventilation and power module implemented as a patented system solution and intended for vehicles such as the VW T4. The module is inserted into the guide of the sliding window (driver’s side) and positioned there. Installation is carried out without any modification to the bodywork. The sliding window remains in place, and drilling or permanent modifications to the vehicle are not intended. VenturaFlex combines several functions within a modular design. These include a ventilation opening as well as connections for an external power supply and optional consumers. An integrated insect screen is part of the module. The ventilation opening is designed so that precipitation does not enter the interior directly. It does not replace a permanently installed shore power connection in accordance with DIN VDE 0100-721. For permanent use, an electrically conductive connection of the protective conductor (PE) to the vehicle body is required. This connection may only be established by a qualified electrician. ❗ Warning: Improper use may result in electric shock or property damage. The applicable standards and regulations for electrical installations in leisure vehicles must be observed (e.g. DIN VDE 0100-721, DIN VDE 0100-708).
