Repair kit for balance beam – suitable for VW T4 | polycarbonate, brass & stainless steel (reproduction)

This 5-piece repair kit made from impact-resistant polycarbonate serves as a replacement for corrosion- and wear-prone small parts between the balance beam and the brake pressure regulator. Press-fit brass threaded inserts provide permanently stable screw connections, and a stainless-steel grub screw enables play-free fixing. The design supports precise, load-dependent function of brake force regulation. The hole for the split pin on the balance beam is approx. 8.2 mm.

Important installation note:
1. The repair kit must be installed with slight play, according to the original design.
2. The split pin and mounts on the balance beam must be clean, rust-free and smooth-running.
3. There must be no rust residue or burrs between the two plates of the balance beam to avoid stress.
