VenturaFlex – Ventilation and power module
VenturaFlex is a ventilation and power module implemented as a patented system solution and intended for vehicles such as the VW T4. The module is inserted into the guide of the sliding window (driver’s side) and positioned there.
Installation is carried out without any modification to the bodywork. The sliding window remains in place, and drilling or permanent modifications to the vehicle are not intended.
VenturaFlex combines several functions within a modular design. These include a ventilation opening as well as connections for an external power supply and optional consumers.

Electrical connections

VenturaFlex enables air exchange via the sliding window. An integrated insect screen is part of the module. The ventilation opening is designed so that precipitation does not enter the interior directly.

⚠ Important safety notice regarding the use of the VenturaFlex system
The VenturaFlex system is a mobile adapter for temporary power supply via a CEE camping socket with integrated residual current device (RCD). It does not replace a permanently installed shore power connection in accordance with DIN VDE 0100-721.
For permanent use, an electrically conductive connection of the protective conductor (PE) to the vehicle body is required. This connection may only be established by a qualified electrician.

Improper use may result in electric shock or property damage. The applicable standards and regulations for electrical installations in leisure vehicles must be observed (e.g. DIN VDE 0100-721, DIN VDE 0100-708).

Das war einfach
Eigentlich wollte ich ins Blech ein Loch für die Steckdose bohren, aber damit hat sich das Thema erledigt! Klasse Idee bin total zufrieden. Was ich noch gern hätte, eine Lüftung für die Schiebetür im gleichen Design jedoch ohne die Steckdosen. Mach weiter so! Grüße Alex

Bis jetzt nur ausgepackt und eingebaut, sitzt richtig gut und sieht klasse aus! Weiteres kann ich noch nicht sagen. Preislich schon ne Hausnummer, aber für das Produkt mit Sicherheit absolut fair.

Additional VenturaFlex Variants
The VenturaFlex system is available not only for the sliding window on the left side of the VW T4 but also for the right side. However, if you have a different application in mind, such as connecting an external air heater, you can also purchase the ventilation panel without sockets.

Ventilation grille for the sliding window: This ventilation grille is intended for use in the right-hand sliding window and is used for air exchange inside the vehicle. The ventilation grille is inserted into the window frame with the window open. It is intended exclusively for original windows with a 50/50 split of the sliding window. When the ventilation grille is inserted, the sliding window cannot be closed. Design of the reproduction The reproduction ventilation grille is made of aluminium and is coated black. It is designed as a replacement/accessory part for the relevant vehicle application. A metal mesh is integrated into the grille. Technical details: Suitable for VW T4 models from 01/1990 to 12/2003 Installation side: right (passenger side) Material: aluminium, black coated Dimensions: wide grille – 38.7 cm Weight: approx. 1.1 kg Installation note: The ventilation grille is inserted into the window frame with the window open and can only be removed from the inside.
