The following conditions apply:
Delivery is available to Germany and Austria.

Shipping Costs to Germany

(including statutory VAT)

We charge shipping costs based on shipping weight:
0 - 1 kg - 6.99 EUR
1 - 3 kg - 7.80 EUR
3 - 5 kg - 9.20 EUR
5 - 10 kg - 11.50 EUR
10 - 20 kg - 17.50 EUR
20 - 31.50 kg - 20.90 EUR

EU Shipping Costs to Poland, Austria, Denmark

(including statutory VAT)

We charge shipping costs based on shipping weight:
0-1 kg - 15.47 EUR
1-4 kg - 16.66 EUR
4-9 kg - 24.99 EUR
9-15 kg - 32.13 EUR
15-20 kg - 36.89 EUR

Shipping Costs to Switzerland

(excluding statutory VAT)

We charge shipping costs based on shipping weight:

0-1 kg - 19.30 EUR

1-4 kg - 20.80 EUR

4-9 kg - 23.30 EUR

9-15 kg - 26.30 EUR

15-20 kg - 28.80 EUR

For the shipping of bulky goods (freight shipping) within Germany, we charge as follows:

32-100 kg - 59.50 EUR
100-300 kg - 178.50 EUR
300-500 kg - 297.50 EUR
500+ kg - 416.50 EUR

Bulky goods are marked as such in the product description.

Provision of Digital Content:

No shipping costs apply for digital content (data created and provided in digital form).

Digital content will be provided to you via a link sent by email.
The email containing access data for the digital content will be sent within 24 hours after contract conclusion (in the case of agreed advance payment, after receipt of your payment).

Digital content will be made available in your customer account.
The provision occurs within 24 hours after contract conclusion (in the case of agreed advance payment, after receipt of your payment).
You will also be informed via email about the availability.

Delivery Times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany will take place within 3 - 5 business days after contract conclusion (in the case of agreed advance payment, after receipt of your payment).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time in your order.
