Headlight washer nozzle set – suitable for VW T4 – reproduction

Important notes

2. The nozzles are supplied without an overpressure valve. If the washer fluid reservoir is filled to the brim, excess water may leak out through the nozzles. If you want to avoid this, you can retrofit a separately available overpressure valve.

Why these nozzles matter

Vehicles with xenon or gas-discharge headlights pass the periodic inspection under § 50 para. 10 StVZO only with a functional headlight washer system. Missing or non-functioning nozzles can lead to refusal of the inspection sticker.

Detailed description

These headlight washer nozzles were designed as suitable reproductions for the VW T4. The outer geometry and connection dimensions are based on the series parts, but the outlet channels have been flow-optimised. The result is a stable, even fan spray that reliably wets the headlight surface – without time-consuming adjustment.

  • 701 955 101 – left, unheated
  • 701 955 102 – right, unheated

Scope of delivery

• 2 × headlight washer nozzles (left & right, unheated¹)

¹ Existing heater wiring can continue to be used or disconnected.

Installation – in under 10 minutes

1. Extend the telescopic cylinders and pull off the old nozzles.
2. Fit the new nozzles until they click audibly into place.
3. Connect the water hose and perform a function test.

Note for xenon retrofits

For xenon conversions, the washer system must be functional before the periodic inspection. This set provides a practical solution as a suitable replacement for missing or defective nozzles – without expensive new parts.
